Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-cover duties to other hospitals within the Path Links NHS Pathology Service.
  • Contribute to the development of the OPAT service and services within specialist units.
  • Collaborate with the microbiology team to ensure seamless delivery of clinical microbiology services.
  • Participate in the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Experience in clinical microbiology, with a strong background in laboratory medicine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
