Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to internal sales and service teams.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to enhance product quality and performance.
  • Analyze and address warranty claims and customer complaints effectively.
  • Train Area Sales Managers and Area Service Technicians on product technicalities and competitive advantages.
  • Participate in tender processes, offering technical expertise in collaboration with the Sales & Service Organization.

Educational Background: Engineering Degree, preferably in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, etc.).

Experience: Minimum of two years in heavy equipment maintenance, including hydraulics and electrical systems (experience in sectors like agricultural, mining, or ground support equipment is advantageous).

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English.
