Customer Service Team Member

As a Service Team Support professional at Firecheck Contracts Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Team, interacting with clients, and collaborating with the Engineering Team. Your key responsibility will be to provide timely assistance to various departments when needed.
Main Accountabilities
- Offer adaptable support to the Service Contracts Department.
- Swiftly address client inquiries to prevent escalation into complaints, elevating concerns to the Management Team if necessary.
- Develop and submit customer service quotations and reports as required.
- Create customer invoices.
- Perform general administrative duties relevant to the role, encompassing data entry and communication.
- Manage engineers' diaries, scheduling, and work rearrangements.
- Compile contract reports for the Service Team Leader and Service Operations Manager when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and customer-centric focus.
- Familiarize yourself with the roles within the Contracts/Service Department.

Remuneration Details
We offer a competitive annual salary range of £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on your experience.
