Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Key Stage 2 Educator to join our team at Shireland Technology Primary School. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our pupils, inspiring and motivating them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Key Stage 2 classes, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Assess and evaluate pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
