As a Team Leader in our Children's Residential Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the welfare and care of each child. You will work closely with a diverse range of individuals, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support. Your responsibilities will include staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring compliance with placement plans, policies, procedures, and risk assessments, as well as supporting education initiatives and creating positive relationships with the children while safeguarding their wellbeing at all times.
