About the Role:

We are looking for a graduate with a passion for making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral part in ensuring all pupils are supported both emotionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children aged 3 to 18 with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and physical disabilities.
  • Help equip pupils with life skills, such as teaching fundamental social skills, interpersonal skills, and independent living skills.
  • Work with a range of ages and abilities, gaining a comprehensive insight into how to cater to the needs of each child.
  • Support pupils with their education, including Maths and English, and help them develop essential life skills.
Requirements:

We are looking for a recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology or Criminology. You will have a passion for working with children with SEN and a desire to make a positive impact on their lives.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive daily rate of £80 to £90 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a supportive and friendly environment.
