Job Summary
We are seeking a Conference Catering Supervisor to lead our catering team and ensure high-quality service, food safety, and excellent dining experiences for groups of varying sizes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Catering Management: kitchen operations, menu planning, portion control, and stock management.
- Team Management & Training: recruit, train, and manage the kitchen team, including chefs and agency staff.
- Catering Operations for Residential Groups & Events: oversee catering for residential groups in accordance with event schedules.
- Cost Control & Financial Management: develop the catering budget and monitor expenses.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension and life assurance.
Desirable Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in catering, hospitality management, or food science.
