Design Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a talented and hands-on Head of Product Design to join our team. As our design lead, you'll be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of our product design function, from initial concept to final UI/UX. You'll also play a key role in building out our design team as we scale in 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a design vision that aligns with our business goals, creating a clear path forward for our product designs.
  • Lead the design process from start to finish, maintain a robust design system, and ensure that user-centered design principles are at the core of everything we do.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate business objectives and technical capabilities into design solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends in AI and design, conducting user research and usability testing to ensure we're delivering the best possible experience.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of successful design projects and strategic vision.
  • Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience in mentoring others as well as ideally building and leading design teams.
  • A passion for pushing the boundaries of design in tech, especially as it intersects with AI.
