Job Summary
We're seeking an extraordinary Support Worker to join our friendly, local team. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to remain living in their own homes and making them smile every day. You'll support clients with living independently, achieving their goals, and participating in outings. You'll also provide personal care, help with medication, and assist with practical tasks like shopping and housework.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
• Support clients to achieve their goals and maintain their independence
• Participate in outings and activities with clients
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements
• Previous care experience is essential
• Caring and compassionate nature, with excellent listening skills
• Current membership of the PVG scheme and registration with SSSC
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
