Senior Carpenter & Joinery Operations Lead

About the Role:

Cavendish Professionals are seeking a highly experienced Senior Carpenter & Joinery Operations Lead to join their team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading a team of carpenters and joiners, managing multiple projects at once and dealing with any on site queries. They will be required to travel between sites daily/weekly.

This role involves overseeing 3-4 jobs per day across London, including High End Hotels, Heritage, Listed Building jobs and New Build Apartments with values ranging from £250k-£3m.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of carpenters and joiners
  • Coordinating logistics and supplies
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
  • Managing construction projects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in leading a team of carpenters and joiners
  • A construction related degree or qualifications
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A willingness to travel regularly
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
