At Smiths Group plc, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enabling a data-driven focus within our marketing organization.



Main Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and aligning on the right marketing KPIs with key stakeholders. You will review and develop improved budget tracking and reporting to sharpen our ability to make smarter investment choices, working closely with finance, procurement, and marketing teams to deliver consistent and user-friendly spend tracking.



You will establish benchmarks and targets for optimal campaign performance, working with the website owner and CRM owner to define optimal means to track and measure lead management performance E2E. Your analysis of business performance, campaign and spend performance will enable you to create meaningful recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activity. Furthermore, you will support the Sales Enablement team to track training delivery, engagement and revenue related to customer training.



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline. You should possess excellent data and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and flexible environment. Strong communication skills and a knack for presenting data in a digestible and actionable manner are also essential.
