Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Business Insights and Analytics efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Data-Driven Solutions: Design and implement data analytics solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Lead Business Insights and Analytics Efforts: Oversee the development and implementation of business insights and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Manage Project Portfolio: Manage the project portfolio for Business Insights and Analytics, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and Maintain Data Governance: Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage data analytics to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Thought Leadership: Proven thought leadership in data analytics and business insights, with a strong track record of driving business growth through data-driven solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in data analytics, including programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or STEM field, with 8+ years of experience in data analytics and business insights.
