Travel Money Advisor Role

As a Travel Money Advisor at Travelex, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on travel money and currency solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customers' travel and currency requirements and tailor their experience accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency needs
  • Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and travel money ambassador, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Delivering on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilizing your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures

  • A competitive hourly rate of £50, plus a monthly bonus for hitting targets
