Culinary Artist

We're seeking a skilled Night Shift Cook to join our team at Sodexo in Derry. As a Night Shift Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our corporate clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and cook mouth-watering dishes with a passion for perfection
• Develop exciting and seasonal menus with your ideas
• Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety
• Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards

• 8:00pm-3:00am shift pattern
• 25 hours per week
