Salesforce Engineer

At Residential Management Group Limited, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days a week based at our Northwich Office and the remainder working from home.
The successful candidate will have current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) and a solid understanding across the Salesforce platform. They will be responsible for designing and building engineering solutions, leading on technical design, documenting solution design documentation, and performing comprehensive technical testing of new solutions.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus all Bank Holidays plus never work your Birthday, potential to be rewarded with 2 additional days annual leave plus 2 additional paid volunteer days per year, free Healthcare cashback Plan, and sponsorship for study and professional qualifications.
We are looking for someone who has experience in architecting and designing lean, elegant technical solutions, aligned to user-led solution designs. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting business / systems analysis, working with stakeholders and SMEs to identify and implement business process improvements, with clear success criteria and defined outcomes.
