Job Description:
This exciting opportunity allows you to work with individuals who require person-centred care, focusing on their unique needs and abilities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that enhance the quality of life for our service users.

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £24,960 per annum (reviewed annually)
* Additional shifts worked paid at £12.00 per hour
* Enhanced pay for working bank holidays
* Annual bonus based on company performance

Requirements:
* Experience working with adults with learning difficulties and autism
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
