Seeking a skilled Supply Teacher for occasional work

We are looking for a motivated and flexible educator to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons, covering for planned or unplanned teacher absences, while maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings, delivering engaging lessons in line with school policies and the national curriculum.
  • Manage classrooms effectively, supporting the well-being and progress of all students.
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own when required.
  • Communicate effectively with school staff, ensuring a smooth learning experience for students.

Expected salary: £28-£40 per hour. To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  2. Experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups.
  3. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
