Padel Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Padel Coach to join our team at Slazanger Padel Club. As a Padel Coach, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch coaching to players of varying abilities, planning and conducting training sessions, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

• Design and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
• Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training sessions.
• Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities to support the growth of the sport.
• Assist with the development of junior players and help them achieve their full potential.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel to ensure the highest standard of coaching.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.

• Proven experience as a Padel Coach with relevant coaching qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players of all ages and skill levels.
• Passion for padel and commitment to player development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
