**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Distillery Representative to share our passion for Edinburgh Gin and act as an advocate for our product with the visitor experience at the forefront of all activities.

A confident public speaker, you will engage with audiences and use your initiative and creativity to bring our products and history to life, enhancing the visitor experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of the spirits industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To represent Edinburgh Gin in a professional and positive manner
  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality visitor experience
  • To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Edinburgh Gin is part of Ian Macleod Distillers, an entrepreneurial, family-owned whisky and spirits business who own other premium and luxury brands. The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000 per annum, based on 20 hours of work per week.
