Production/Hygiene Operative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Production/Hygiene Operative at our Shotts-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deep cleaning the factory after production
  • Cleaning of industrial machinery, floors, walls, and work surfaces
  • Working with cleaning products and power cleaning tools
  • Maintaining hygiene standards in line with company requirements
  • Maintaining proper housekeeping in a food production environment
  • Cleaning utensils and other production equipment
  • Maintaining cleaning supply stocks
  • Performing general production duties as required
  • Hand packing products
  • Quality checking against food regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
  • Previous hygiene/cleaning experience

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working night shift, with two possible schedules: 9pm to 5am Monday to Thursday and 8pm to 3am Friday, or 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 8pm to 3am Friday. You will also be required to complete two weeks of training during back shift hours.
