Social Work Specialist

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Social Work Specialist to join our team at St Pancras Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and effective discharge of vulnerable adults. Responsibilities:
