Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swimming Pool Lifeguard to join our team at The University of Salford's Sports Centre. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a chance to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out Swimming Pool Lifeguard duties, including administering first aid as required.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Assist in the organization and promotion of events and activities at University Sports facilities.
  • Set up and dismantle equipment for events and activities.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
  • The ability to swim 50 meters front and back, and submerge to the bottom of a 2-metre pool.
