Job Title: Field Based Product Specialist

Job Summary:

This role is focused on driving the new EXENT system portfolio from a product management perspective. The EXENT mass spectrometry solution is an innovative technology in the field of monoclonal gammopathy assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new IVD products through development to commercialization via the NPD process.
  • Collect and leverage voice-of-Customer / Voice-of-Expert to define critical customer and product requirements to guide development.
  • Build collaborative cross-functional relationships with Sales, R&D, Finance, Regulatory and Quality colleagues, acting as a pivot role to ensure alignment and success.
  • Develop and deliver product training programs for internal and external customers.
  • Collect global market and competitor intelligence and translate this into usable market insights to support positioning and commercialization of the product.
  • Sustain product documentation and monitor product quality in line with the Quality management system.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Immunology, biochemistry, or related science.
  • Marketing/business qualification or MBA desirable.
  • Significant experience of in-depth commercial, product management, business development and/or marketing in the medical device, clinical diagnostics or life sciences industry in an international setting.
  • Strong clinical background with experience in clinical IVD product portfolio management.
  • Specialization in instrumentation and software product management in a regulated environment is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation abilities in English.
