Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Community Manager to join our team at Hollis Personnel Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing clients and visitors in a luxury serviced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and contractors
  • Manage post and courier services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is tidy and well-maintained
  • Assist clients with enquiries and provide administrative support as needed
  • Update social media accounts and maintain a professional online presence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience in a reception or front of house role, preferably in an office, leisure, or hospitality setting
  • Driver's license (desirable)
