About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to advance their careers in a supportive and nurturing environment. As a Drama Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality Drama curriculum that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration among students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs

- Maintain accurate records and assessments of student progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Drama or a related field
- PGCE or QTS certification
- Experience teaching Drama to KS3/4 students
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is MPS/UPS Salary (£30,480 - £60,664), dependent on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including pension schemes, professional development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.
