Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a prestigious hotel restaurant in Colchester. As a key member of our brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a 2AA Rosette standard using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with our Michelin-Starred Head Chef to maintain the highest standards of cuisine and presentation.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
  • Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work effectively with the front-of-house team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  • AA Rosettes cooking experience and a strong understanding of seasonal ingredients.
  • Excellent culinary skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Availability to work 4 days on, 3 days off or 5 days on, 2 days off.
