Care Home Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. With over 10 years of providing top-tier care, this home boasts a GOOD CQC rating, spacious facilities, and a supportive team environment.

As Deputy Home Manager, you'll have the chance to lead a dedicated care team, supported by a fantastic Home Manager and a strong senior management structure. Key responsibilities include motivating, guiding & supporting care staff to deliver the highest quality care, ensuring all resident needs are met with personalised, compassionate care, and overseeing compliance with CQC regulations and company guidelines.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer benefits such as pay increase with longevity, access to the regular bus service, free onsite parking, and more.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in elderly care & management
  • A strong understanding of care regulations and best practices
  • NVQ Level 4 or NVQ Level 5 (desirable or commitment to pursue relevant training)
