The Role

The Director of Materials and Equipment Operations will be accountable for all materials and equipment operations, including delivery to all internal and external customers, stock and material handling from gate to gate, and mobilization/demobilization activities. You will lead and manage people resources to ensure maximum productivity and ensure a 'right first time' approach. Using your experience and knowledge, you can help us deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will have a number of direct reports and oversight of Materials and Equipment personnel. Your responsibilities will include people development and apprenticeships, as well as external relationships to manage.

Requirements

You should have a proven track record in developing, implementing, and delivering new processes and procedures to achieve continuous improvement in a similar environment/business. You have the ability to lead, positively influence, and motivate others.

Desirable Skills

Although not essential, you may also have experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment, Lean Six Sigma training, and professional qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering/project management.
