Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs in a mainstream school setting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic support to children with SEN in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Assist in creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
