Academics Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Instructional Lead to work in mainstream secondary schools in the Devizes area. This is an excellent opportunity for teaching professionals who desire part-time or day-to-day work within a flexible schedule.

This role involves working with students in mainstream secondary schools, following the school policies, rules, and procedures, and adhering to the school curriculum. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of teaching and a passion for working with children and supporting learning.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Working at your own pace and managing your own diary from Monday to Friday.
  • Delivering high-quality lessons to students aged 11-16 years old.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and development.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognized teaching qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of teaching in a secondary school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the UK national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
