Trade Counter Associate

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Associate to join our team at Rexel USA Incorporated. As a Trade Counter Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. They will also have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is around $42,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Serve customers on the Trade Counter, responding to their queries and providing solutions to their needs.• Call customers to discuss their orders and provide updates on the status of their deliveries.• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials are available and delivered to customers promptly.• Process customer purchases and quotations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.• Provide excellent customer service, responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
