Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
Design and develop electronic systems and hardware solutions for aerospace and defense applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Engineering Management
Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Technical Expertise
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring that designs and developments meet the required technical specifications and standards.
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that engineering solutions meet customer needs and requirements.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in electronic systems design and development, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Skills
Strong technical skills in electronic systems design and development, with expertise in areas such as analog and digital circuit design, microprocessor and microcontroller systems, and signal processing.
Leadership and Management
