Join us at the Conquest Hospital in East Sussex, where we provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care to over half a million people. Our team is seeking an Experienced Clinical Support Worker to join our Outpatient Oncology/Haematology Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work three/four shifts between 08:00-18:00 over a six-day period, Monday-Saturdays.
- Provide high-quality care to patients receiving Systemic Anti-cancer Treatments and supportive treatments.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a supportive atmosphere within the unit.
Requirements:
- A minimum of experience working in a Health or Social Care Environment, preferably within the NHS.
- A valid Care Certificate qualification and National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an acceptable alternative Level 3 Qualification.
- Demonstrable ability to acquire skills appropriate to provide Scope of Practice commensurate to clinical area.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- The opportunity to work with a small friendly team, providing mentorship and clinical supervision.
