About the Role:

FatFace is seeking a talented Junior Gift Designer to join our team. As a Junior Gift Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and stylish gift designs that reflect the FatFace brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new gift designs that meet the needs of our customers and align with the FatFace brand aesthetic.
  • Work closely with the design team to create concept designs, product specifications, and technical packs.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Present designs to the team and senior management, ensuring a clear and compelling vision for the gift range.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and consumer insights to inform design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Design or related field.
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a junior design role, preferably in the gift, home, or packaging industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong research and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
