About the Job:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our engineering team in Corby, Northamptonshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing machinery. A suitable candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and have experience in maintenance engineering in FMCG, Production, or Factory environments.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PPM scheduling and fault finding
• Assist in improving work processes and implementing new procedures
• Collaborate with other engineers to ensure efficient plant operation
• Identify and report any potential hazards or risks
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development

Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, and you will also receive access to training, development and further qualifications, as well as opportunities to increase your salary with each successful course passed.
