Moulding Technologist

We are looking for a skilled Moulding Technologist to join our team in Canterbury. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for optimizing the injection moulding process and ensuring high-quality products are produced.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Optimize new and existing tooling to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain and check equipment to ensure it meets H&S standards
• Collaborate with the section leader to plan daily production requirements
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve productivity

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

What We Offer

This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £43,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
