Lending Manager - Fintech
Fintellect Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lending Manager to join their growing Fintech team. As a Lending Manager, you will be responsible for the effective execution of new lending proposals, from deal approval to drawdown, as well as the ongoing management of lending portfolios through to loan maturity.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing new lending proposals after deal approval
- Managing lending portfolios through to loan maturity
- Preparing documentation and loan monitoring
- Liaising with customers and external partners
You will work closely with the Business Development, Credit Underwriting, and Loans Operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Fintech in their early stages and be part of a fantastic team with proven experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of loan and security documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to operate proactively and independently
