Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a FTTH Engineer at Comex 2000 UK Ltd, you will play a critical role in our success. You will be responsible for installing fibre broadband services to residential premises, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation of fibre broadband services to residential premises
  • Working at heights up to 15 metres
  • Delivering professional and quality customer service
  • Self-auditing work to ensure it meets all company and client standards
  • Maintenance of a clean and tidy environment at all times
  • Prepared to work in all weather conditions

Requirements:

  • A Full UK Driving License is essential due to the field-based nature of the role, candidates must have held this license for 1 year and have a maximum of 6 points.
  • Full training will be provided to the right candidate, however candidates with experience working on the BT Openreach network and hold NRSWA Street Works qualifications are desirable.
  • Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and clients
  • Proactive in the resolution of engineering obstacles, with liaison with Team Managers
  • Ability to take direction from management and carry out works in an efficient and timely manner
  • Dedication to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Flexibility to undertake works outside of core working hours
  • Competent in using technology, including devices and apps
