About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Financials Systems Manager to join our team at Focus On WD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Workday Financials and associated finance systems from implementation through to go-live and post-go-live optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Finance Systems: Oversee the implementation, go-live, and post-go-live optimization of Workday Financials and associated finance systems.
  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Offer strategic and hands-on leadership across all areas of product transformation lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with Workday Financials.
  • Manage Teams and Stakeholders: Manage a team of Finance Systems Specialists and work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer of finance-related processes.
  • Oversee Finance Systems and Products: Manage a variety of finance systems and products, including Adaptive Planning, Coupa, Dell Boomi, Longview, Navan, and others, ensuring their seamless integration with Workday Financials.
  • Ensure Security and Compliance: Manage the delivery of security audits, access management, release management, and key rotation of finance systems, ensuring IT General Controls (ITGC's) are implemented across the Workday Financials and Finance Systems estate.
  • Own the Roadmap for Change: Create and own the roadmap for change and implementation within the business, ensuring effective incident management across all finance systems.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience as a Workday Financials Systems Lead or Head of Finance Systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of finance systems and products.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and lead product transformation initiatives.
  • Security and Compliance: Experience with security audits, access management, and incident management.
