Key Responsibilities:

  • MI & Reporting: Design and implement data-driven dashboards to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Scheduling & Real Time: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and real-time management processes, ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive business outcomes.
