Job Title: After School Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an After School Supervisor. This role is responsible for providing supervision and support to Senior School students during after-hours periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise students from 3:45pm to 6:00pm, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Manage the signing-in and out system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as a point of contact for parents, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Liaise with parents on general issues related to After Hours Supervision.
  • Input medical information into the school's system, as required.
  • Administer first aid, if necessary.
  • Liaise with Deputy Heads and Line Managers in case of emergencies.
  • Issue library books and laptops during the designated period.
  • Maintain the library in a tidy state, ensuring computers are switched off at the end of the day.
Working Hours:

This role will work 3:45pm-6:00pm on Thursdays during term time only.

Salary:

The hourly rate for this position is £11.96.
