Senior Microbiologist

CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to lead our yeast production team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of yeast slope production to meet client orders on time.

• Oversee the planning and coordination of yeast slope production to meet client orders on time.
• Facilitate and guide microbiologists and technicians to achieve production targets.
• Develop new methods and improvements within the laboratory to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Ensure yeast products comply with all customer, company, and legal requirements.
• Manage and schedule staffing within the yeast team to ensure efficient operation.

• Proven experience in yeast production or microbiology, with a strong background in laboratory work.
• Leadership experience, particularly in managing teams and coordinating across departments.
• Strong understanding of HACCP principles and quality management systems.
• Experience with DNA fingerprinting and yeast strain analysis is preferred.
