Role Overview

As an Account/Programme Manager at Venus Recruitment Limited, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, manage projects, and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records, tracking expenses, and managing budgets.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, demonstrating excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
