We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at Premier Engineering. As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing projects, working closely with site management teams, and reviewing sub-contractor bids.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting important company contracts, including engineering, material supply, and quality control
  2. Coordinating and executing projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
  3. Working closely with site management teams to ensure smooth project execution
  4. Reviewing sub-contractor bids, including technical aspects
  5. Drafting purchase order specifications for equipment and material purchases
  6. Traveling to customer sites, both in the UK and abroad, as required
Requirements:
  1. Degree/HND/HNC qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar, or QBE with strong Project Engineering skills
  2. 2 years or more of industry experience in a similar project role
  3. Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  5. Knowledge of CAD software and Microsoft Office programs, including MS Excel and MS Project
