Job Title: HSE Advisor

ENG Bauen Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor to join their team. As an HSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, contractors, and the general public.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust health and safety management system, conducting risk assessments, and developing and implementing safety procedures. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and contractors on health and safety matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on health and safety matters
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure health and safety is integrated into all aspects of the business
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
