Paediatric Deputy Sister Role
Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paediatric nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Deputy Sister. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual who can provide strong clinical leadership and mentor junior nurses.
In this role, you will work closely with our Paediatric Managers to ensure that high-quality care is delivered to infants, children, and young people who attend the Emergency Department. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in triage, resuscitation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership and mentor junior nurses to deliver high-quality care to infants, children, and young people.
- Work closely with Paediatric Managers to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and community services to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Registered Nurse (Child) / RNC
- 3 years post-registration experience
- Leadership qualifications or experience
£42,000 - £63,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
