  • Coordinate with Contract Managers to ensure timely completion of PPMs.
  • Conduct plant checks and verify associated paperwork to identify faults and raise jobs for resolution.
  • Provide shift leads with relevant information for smooth handovers.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults through self-delivery or external contractor liaison.
  • Liaise with customers to meet site needs to a satisfactory standard.
  • Respond to and rectify site emergencies, primarily during shift hours and occasionally outside core hours.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on site mechanical equipment, including pumps and valves.
  • Ensure suitable spares and materials are available for planned and unplanned maintenance, maintaining tidy storerooms and stock management.
  • Diagnose faults on heating and ventilation systems, complete emergency lighting tests, and record results.

  • Maintain up-to-date qualifications and memberships.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements regarding health, safety, fire, and hygiene documents.
  • Comply with company rules and regulations, as outlined in the employment handbook.
  • Perform other reasonable management requests.
  • Establish good working relationships with employees and sub-contractors.
