About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, including gym appointments, social media content creation, and designated studio/gym floor workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver gym appointments, including inductions and reviews, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Develop and implement engaging social media content to promote our services and interact with members.
- Design and deliver designated studio/gym floor workshops, tailored to meet the needs of our members.
- Make gym appointment calls to confirm attendance and ensure a smooth experience for our members.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym floor during downtime, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our members.
- Participate in outreach activities at local schools and colleges to promote our services and build relationships with potential members.

We are looking for an individual who possesses the following personal characteristics:

- Excellent communication and motivational skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude, able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our services to our members.
