About the Position

Rock is currently seeking a Workforce Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the work of our qualified gas engineers and ensure high standards of work are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate the work of our gas engineers to meet performance targets.
  2. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of work.
  3. Liaise with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  4. Provide technical support to staff members as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as engineering or management.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the gas industry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
