Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of professionals and children in achieving Early Years learning goals.
  • Plan and implement engaging learning activities that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Ongoing assessment and evaluation of children's progress, ensuring alignment with the EYFS framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to provide individualized support and meet the unique needs of each child.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recognized Early Years qualification, such as NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent.
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS principles and practices.
  • Experience in planning, observing, and recording children's progress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
